Z4 in Proving Grounds

In 1997, Electronic Arts released Need for Speed 2...For me, it's one of the best ever made games!
And that's my homage to NFS2.

This is a BMW Z4 running in Provings Grounds (Norway), which is the 1st track in the game.

It took 30 hours to render(the original size is bigger) with Mental Ray, and I needed to use Photoshop for depth-of-field and motion blur (except on the rims). A little of color correction on PS...

Hope you like it!
Critiques and comentaries are always welcome.

"Diogo Faim in: What matters to you?" (one frame)

This is one shot of my new animation, which is named "Diogo Faim in: What matters to you?".

This animation should be used in a VFS scholarship competition, but unfortunately I couldn't finish it on time...

As I done kind of 80% of the work, I'll post this shot here, and acomplish this work, after another ones in the row(as you can see in my portfolio...).

Aah, the skeleton in my portfolio has been rigged and animated for this animation.

Skeleton (WIP)

Made originally for studying modeling, this skeleton(which still has no name...) is now a WIP. The idea is to finish it's rigging and animate it, as it's funny doing so, like it was a puppet.

This X-Ray material was made using multiples Falloffs, only.

UPDATE: the skeleton still has no name, but has already been rigged, and animated.
It's my first CG car, and I made it to study modeling and texturing. I used poly-to-poly and box modeling, and modelled from blueprints.
